What is the reason for the belt running? How to adjust

The running belt deviation is one of the most common faults during the running of the conveyor belt. Of course, conveyor belts are often replaced as expendable parts. We must not covet cheap and choose unreliable conveyor belts, which will affect the efficiency of the whole line.

There are many reasons for the deviation, the main reason is the low installation accuracy and poor maintenance. During the installation process, the head and tail rollers and the middle rollers are in the same center line as far as possible and are parallel to each other to ensure that the conveyor belt is unbiased or less biased.

The belt deviation causes a head or tail to drive the roller axis and conveyor roller is not perpendicular to the center line, causing the belt deviation to the drum in drum head or tail, roller conveyor belt deviation in the roller on both sides have inconsistent tightness, along the width direction of the drag is not a consistent increase or decline this will make the conveyor belt attaching a descending direction movement, cause belt deviation to the loose side, the so-called "run run loose tight"


Adjustment method:

As for the head drum adjustment method for conveyor belt deviation to the right side of the drum, the right bearing seat shall move forward, the conveyor belt to the drum on the left side, then the left bearing seat shall move forward, corresponding to the left bearing seat can be moved or right bearing seat back. The adjustment method of the tail roller is just the opposite of the head roller. After repeated adjustment, the position of the conveyor belt should be accurately installed before adjusting the ideal position to the adjustment drive or to the roll reduction.

The reasons for the deviation of conveyor belt are as follows: Two: the machining error of the outer surface of rolling pin, the uneven viscosity or uneven wear result in different diameters, and the conveyor belt will deviate to the larger diameter side.


Adjustment method:

The way to solve this situation is to clean the surface of the roller, and the processing error and the uneven wear will be replaced to reprocess the glue.

The reasons for the deviation of the conveyor belt are as follows: Three: the location of the blanking position is not correct, and the location of the blanking material has a great influence on the deviation of the conveyor belt, especially when the upper conveyor is perpendicular to the horizontal plane when the conveyor is vertical. Usually should be considered at the transfer point on the two belt machine is relatively high. The higher the relative height, the greater the horizontal velocity component of the material, the greater the lateral impact force to the lower belt, and the material is hard to stay in the middle. The material is skewed in the cross section of the conveyor belt. If the material is to the right, the belt will run to the left and vice versa.


Adjustment method:

In this case, the relative height of the two conveyor should be increased as much as possible in the design process. The forms and sizes of the upper and lower funnels and the guide grooves of the belt conveyor which are restricted by space should be considered more seriously. The width of the general guide groove should be about 3/5 of the width of the belt. In order to reduce or avoid the deviation of the belt can increase the retaining plate barrier material, changing the material of the whereabouts of direction and position.
