What is the situation caused by it? What should we do to solve it? Here is an analysis of what is the cause, and some ways to solve the bending of the conveyor belt.

      The reason for the bending of the heat resistant conveyor belt is that the bending resistance is caused by the straightness of the tropics. The reasons for the bending are equipment and operational reasons. The correct analysis of the causes is very important. When the bending is produced, the conveyor manufacturer suggests that first check whether the three clamping apparatus of the flat vulcanizing machine is a straight line. Especially the nylon core and E core must be two times of cold vulcanization time if the modulus, tensile modulus and two cold clamping angle is 90 degrees, often caused by bending belt. Therefore, the operating workers' angle is not correct when the operator is stretched, or the holder is tight on one side, and it may also cause the bending.

      In addition, the thickness of the billet is too thick. When one side is thick, the other side is thin, the thick side will be slightly longer than the thin side when it is vulcanized. If each plate is accumulated, it will cause the side thickness of the strip to sing while the thin side will be short, which will cause the bending. When the belt is vulcanized, if it is put into the frame, it is not correct, and it may cause the bending.


The solutions suggested by the conveyor belt manufacturers

1, try to have the drawing forming process of canvas staggered selvedge, about drawing to elastic consistent, with not the side side of the thick thin

2, when vulcanized, the belt should be square and can not be biased

3, often check the operation angle of the three holder before, in the front, in the middle and after the same, and whether or not the left and right pressure of the clamp is consistent, and whether there is one side loosening and one side tight phenomenon

4, adjust the plate regularly to reduce the left and right errors
