The product is made of cotton canvas, nylon canvas or EP canvas and finished through the processes of calendering, assembling, vulc-anizing and etc. It is suitable for conveying oily materials.

Sidewall conveyor belt with cleat is composed of base belt,cleat and sidewall.The cleat can prevent material from sliding and falling. For the convenience of circumventing the roller, the side of the file is designed to be corrugated.The function of the cleats is to support the material. In order to achieve large inclination transfer, T type TC type is adopted.The sidewall and cleat are connected to the base band by the method of secondary curing and have high connection strength.

Use method of Sidewall belt with cleats 

 

1. In use, it is strictly forbidden to connect different types and specifications of belts together for use.

2. Avoid folding and pressing of hard objects in use.It should be used and kept.

3. The direction of transportation materials and the speed of material falling are consistent with the direction and speed of the belt.

4. Empty the machine to start before use, so as to avoid motor overload and large inclination conveyor belt slipping. Before stopping the machine, all materials of the belt should be unloaded.

5. In use, the tension should not be too large, and the transmission roller should not slip and materials do not transition under the premise of minimum tension.

6. Do not make the belt run sideways or snaking during delivery, and adjust it in time.

7. In case of skidding or unmoving in use, it shall timely eliminate the fault, adjust the tensioning system and keep the elastic device flexible.
